Refund Policy

PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY
 
Dear clients,
HairbyTivo management requests that you choose your home care products carefully as the following refund policies apply.

1. Change of mind returns may qualify for an instore credit voucher granted the product(s) are returned within 14 days from date of purchase, the products have not been used, are not damaged and are returned in their original packaging (if this applies).
2. On receipt and inspection of the product(s), we will notify you of the outcome on the item (approval or rejection) granted it has been returned within 14 days, has not been used and is not damaged.
3. If your item is approved for return, you will receive a gift card for the exact value of the item you returned.
   • You are welcome to use the voucher for other home care products or for hair salon services.
   • A booking must be made if you choose to use the voucher on a hair salon service.
   • Vouchers are only valid for 12 months.
